By using Argsmind, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Argsmind Is
Argsmind generates interactive daily learning courses and lessons on topics you choose, utilizing AI models. It includes quizzes, practice exercises, and a conversational AI tutor.
2. Who May Use It
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Argsmind's lessons, quizzes, explanations, and tutor responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. AI outputs can contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. Argsmind is designed solely as a study aid and is NOT professional advice. Do not rely on Argy (the in-app AI tutor) for medical, legal, financial, safety, or engineering decisions. Always verify important facts against authoritative sources.
4. Pricing & App Version
Argsmind version 1.0.0 is provided free of charge. There are no active in-app payment processors or subscription charges in this release.
5. Your Content & Intellectual Property
Anything you write, input, or upload (including topic descriptions, uploaded study materials, and tutor messages) remains your property. You grant us permission to host, store, and process this content solely to deliver your courses and tutor replies as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to use.
6. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Argsmind to generate illegal, harmful, or harassing material.
- Attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety guardrails, or manipulate the AI tutor into ignoring system prompts.
- Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the app, APIs, or server infrastructure.
- Circumvent energy limits or security controls.
7. Streaks, XP, and Energy
Energy, XP, streaks, and other digital achievements have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Argsmind is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argsmind Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or reliance on AI-generated lessons.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenya.
