Account Deletion Request

You can delete your Argsmind account at any time directly inside the mobile app (go to More → Account Settings → Delete Account). If you do not have the app installed, you can submit a deletion request on this page.

What Account Deletion Removes

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently purged from our active systems:

Your account credentials, display name, username, and email address
Your profile settings, streak data, XP points, and energy balance
Your generated courses, lesson completions, and quiz scores
Your conversation transcripts with the AI tutor
All uploaded study documents, text files, photos, and extracted OCR text

Data Retention & Timeline

Account data is removed from our live databases immediately upon processing. Encrypted database backups rotate out and are fully overwritten within 30 days.

No login is required to submit this request. Please provide the email address registered with your Argsmind account.
